He was predeceased by: his wife Sharleen S. Burris (Hayhurst). He is survived by: his children, Mark W. Burris (Dana) and Kelly Sue McCamish (David); his grandchildren, Brittany Lear, Bradley Burris, Adam Burris, Tyler McCamish, Mallorie McCamish, Kaleb McCamish and Luke McCamish; and his siblings, John Burris, Mildred Hopper and Maryanna.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
