He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Collins and Opal Collins; and his sisters, Sandra Smith (Collins) and Joyce Ipock (Collins). He is survived by: his wife Debra Collins (Nix); his sons, Larry Collins, Jr. of Cynthiana, Troy Collins (Danielle Harris) of Chandler and Nicholas Collins (Megan) of Newburgh, LC; and his grandsons, Jacob, Jacen, Austin and Ethan Collins.
