He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. McGehee and Dorothy McGehee (Wells); and his brother James E. McGehee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou McGehee (Martin); his son Todd McGehee (Jennifer); his grandsons, Ryan and Nathan McGehee; and his sisters, Phyllis Gunning (Rick) of Arizona and Shirley Willet (Herman) of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund.
