He is survived by: his wife Marge Dugan of Newburgh, IN; and his children, Dawn Duncan (Dennis) of Las Cruces, NM, Connie Dugan of Nolensville, TN and Kevin Dugan (Jane) of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 3 grandsons, and 3 great-grandsons.
