She is survived by: her husband Charles "Michael" Kostbade; her daughter Lori Wood; her grandchildren, Nate and Grant Wood; and her sisters, Joyce Logesdon, Brenda Yeast (Albia) and Donna Ghormley (Garry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
