He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Laster and Violet Laster; his sister Carol Stanton; and his grandson Bradley Randall. He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Goodall); his children, Melody Overton (David Ganno) and Angela Sullivan (Jeff); his stepson Ryan Goodall; his grandchildren, Martin, Dalton, Danielle, Hannah, Tatum, Lida, Robbie, Mikey and Shelley; his siblings, Diane Lanham (Garry), Barbara Heerdink (Del), Diane Whitledge (Louis) and Helen Prindle (Steven); Bradfield.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paaws, Another Chance for Animals, or It Takes a Village in Mike's name.
