She is survived by: her children, Jane Maikranz (Roger), Terri Brines (Bob), Mike Welder (Patty), Russell Welder (Debbie) and John Welder (Teresa). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Diabetes Research institute,.
