He is survived by: his father James Baize (Jan); his wife Deborah Baize; his children, Beau Riley Baize, Jorden Thomas Baize (Karly) and Alexis Ann Elpers (Chase); his grandchildren, Houston Peckenpaugh, Wyatt Baize, Tatum Elpers and Karson; and his siblings, Jaimie Altmeyer (Jim) and Ladonna Sydnor (Stephen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
