He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hawkins and Elizabeth Hawkins; and his close friend Wanda Evans. He is survived by: his son Brent Hawkins of Kansas City, MO; and his sisters, Mary Pitcock of Centralia, WA, Wanda Knight of Deland, FL and Linda Lockridge of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
