She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Rocky Evans; her children, Tiffany Crowe and Jason Crowe (Amber); her grandchild Isaiah Crowe; her brother Louis Duncan (Teri); her sister-in-law Cheryl Kurzendoerfer; her mother Patty Duncan; and her friend Jeanne Pemberton.
