She was predeceased by: her parents, Nadine Oglesby (Cobb) and Charles Oglesby. She is survived by: her husband Gerald A. O'Neal; her daughter Cheryl O'Neal; her brother Noble Oglesby; her nephews, Chuck Oglesby and Rodney Oglesby; her sister Nelda Freer (Jerry); and her nieces, Melody Adamson and Teresa Hagedorn.
