He was predeceased by: his parents, William Weare and Marie Weare (VonSachse); his daughter Crystal Weare; his brother Robert Weare; and his stepfather Roger Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Weare; his children, Kelly Wright (Mark) of Newburgh, Dr. Chad Weare of Newburgh, Kimmie Sallee (Jason) of Boonville and Chris Weare (Myra) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Madison, Dylan, Kennedy Wright, Jessie Marx (Tyler), Hudson and Hadley Weare; and his great grandchildren, Savanah Marx and Peter Glenn Gall VI.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Young Life.
