Fortner (Shipman) of Newport and Jim Fortner (Jane) of Madison, Wisconsin.; her brothers, Jeremy Fortner (Amanda) of Newport, Indiana and Jaimal Fortner of Newport, Indiana; her grandmother Carole Shipman of Danville, Illinois; and her close friends, Shannon, Jennie, Jamie, Myra, Kim and Drew. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
