He was predeceased by : his parents, Birch Shubert and Ethel Shubert (Pope); his wife Nancy Ann Shubert; and his siblings, Idabelle Johnson and Dickie Shubert.

He is survived by : his daughters, Amy Lynn Evans (Chris) and Melissa Ann Reveal (Steve); his grandchildren, Savan Reveal, Cody Ray Evans (Brittany), Jadelyn Marie Dorsey (Daniel) and Jonathan Ray Evans; his siblings, Danny Shubert and Helen Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Tom Thomas (Jennie), Becky Vincent (Mark), Jim Thomas (Stephanie), Tammy Baker (Mike) and Patty Thomas.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Randall & Roberts Funeral Home (1150 Logan St, Noblesville, IN 46060). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
