It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Louise Mullins of Noblesville, Indiana, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Larry Mullins (Sun Ye) of California, David Mullins of Noblesville, Debbie Stepp (Tracy) of Noblesville, Linda NeSmith of Noblesville, Michael Mullins of Noblesville, Rhonda Prince (Ray) of Tipton and Lisa Prater; her grandchildren, Ryan Mullins, Alfie Johnson, Jessica Esham, Aaron Mullins, Stephanie Andes, Matthew Prince, Sarah Prince, Beau Hanner, Robert Prater and Cami Prater; her great grandchildren, Xanthia, Sophie, Nolli Mullins, Mikayla, Savannah, Kallie Easham, Asher Clark, Eliza Gardner, Tauir Harlow, Kylie, Roman Mullins, Dylan Garst, Mason Prince, Kylah, Landon Owens and Drake Hanner; and her siblings, Clarence Redd and Mary McMahan.
