He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hamilton and Carol Hamilton (Thomas); his wife Beatrice Elaine Hamilton (Patterson); and his brother Jonathan Mark Hamilton. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Janette Sproal, Lila Jeanne Rono (Pomo Rono), Don Michael Hamilton (Donna Hamilton), Kay Ellen Ziegler (Lamar Ziegler) and Jack Philip Hamilton.
