She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Barr and Myrna Barr; and her siblings, Jerry Barr, Judy Stolzman and Jolene Bollerman.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Fleenor; her children, Cathy Blackford (Jeff), Mike Tischleder (Wally Petersen) and Jeff Tischleder (Anne Gudith); her stepson Chris Fleenor (Tina); her grandchildren, Dylan Tischleder, Zach Tischleder (Laura Chudnoff), Emma Blackford and Logan Blackford; and her great grandchildren, Seth and Ari Tischleder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Jill's memory be made to the Riverview Hospital Foundation.
