He is survived by : his mother Regina Perry; his former life partner Melissa Roberts; his children, Brittany Freeman (A. J.) and Cameron Perry; his grandchildren, Skipper Freeman and Palmer Freeman; his brother Todd Perry (Jennifer); his nephew Cody Perry (Emily); and his niece Ashley Perry.
