She was predeceased by : her parents, Fredrick Stephenson and Irene Stephenson; her brothers, LeRoy Stephenson and Clyde Stephenson; and her daughter Teresa Clark.

She is survived by : her children, Jeannie Weaver, Linda Hayward (Ed), Debi Culp (David), Kenneth Clark (Lou Ann), David Clark (Vanessa), Lori McCarty (Randy) and Tami Rice (Troy); and her sister Barbara Stephenson. She is also survived by Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
