Virginia Carter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Carter of Noblesville, Indiana, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Herr and Thula Herr; her husband James Carter; her sister Dorothy Ridenour; and her grandson Timothy Carter.

She is survived by : her children, Jeff Carter (Terri) and Marsha Kehrer (Mike); her grandchildren, Brian Carter (Angela), Dan Pescovitz (Michelle), Abby Russell (Jack Cruse), Sara Hiatt, Monica Fastenau (Peter), Melanie Simms (Zach) and Morgan Kehrer; her great grandchildren, Prestin Hiatt, Audrey Carter and Fallon Pescovitz; and her sister Marge Swing.
