With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Westendorf of North Manchester, Indiana, born in Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on July 7, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Westendorf (Bennett); his children, Laura Westendorf, Nancy Westendorf, Barbara Essig and Joey Westendorf; his daughter-in-law Beverly Westendorf; and his siblings, Pat Ebler, Larry Westendorf and Jerry Westendorf.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Westendorf of North Manchester, Debbie Westendorf of Decatur, TN, Kim Trammel (Don) of Leesburg, JoAnn Brown (Jeff) of North Webster and Michelle Davis (Chris) of Nappanee; his son-in-law Eric Essig of Leesburg; his sister Mary Ellen Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Westendorf, Mary Jane Westendorf and Paul Bennett. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
