It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Elmore of North Vernon, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Richard and Doris Juanita Elmore (Day); and his wife Marvelle Hughey (Hughey). He is survived by: his sons, Steve Elmore (Rita) of Scipio and Chris Elmore (Laura) of Nineveh; his siblings, Richard Elmore (Mary), David Elmore (Louise) and Linda Rodenberger (Jim); his sister-in-law Sue Elmore; his foster sister Janet Sue Fields (Alvin); and his grandchildren, Cole Elmore, Ashley Ferguson, Tiffany Clark, Brooke Elmore, Jonathon Rupert, Lyn Burdine, Jared Elmore and Michelle Lambert. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Tea Creek Cemetery.
