He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Joan Billman; his children, Susan Keebler (Albert) and Kenneth "Kenny" James Elmore; his grandchildren, Makenzie Grace Elmore of Kenneth James, Elmore Jr., Carley Keebler and Courtney Keebler; and his sister Janet Bobb (Richard).
