He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thomas Rothert Sr. and Hattie Arlene Rothert (Monday); and his brother Denny Ray Rothert. He is survived by: his wife Holly Low; his children, Joseph Rothert of Clinton, Massachusetts, Sabrina Ashmore (Andrew) of North Vernon and Autumn Wood (Brandon) of North Vernon; his siblings, Bobby Rothert of North Vernon, Linda Cline (Tim) of Deputy, Vickie Foga (Charlie) of North Vernon and Debbie Carman (Mark) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Kyelina Hembree of North Vernon, Angelina Hembree of North Vernon, Sage Hembree of North Vernon, Matthew Hembree of North Vernon, Alvan Ashmore of North Vernon, Brandon Wood Jr. of North Vernon, Ashalynn Wood of North Vernon, Addalynn Wood of North Vernon and Brynlee Wood of North Vernon; and his great grandchildren, Kendall Young of North Vernon, Emberlee Young of North Vernon and River Johnson of North Vernon.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265).
Memorials may be made in honor of Dickie through the funeral home to the American Heart Association.
