It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Garwood I (North Vernon, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Russell and Maurita Spurling Garwood; his wife Carlotta Rose Whitaker Garwood; his significant other Diana Matthews; his siblings, John Edward Elliott, Harry Lowe Buell, Jack Garwood and Angela Rose Elliott; and his grandson Deven Overstreet.
He is survived by: his daughter Ronald T. Garwood II of Columbus; his siblings, Katie Berry (Gene) of St. Joseph, Missouri, Donna Jo Lacey (Brian) of Greenwood, Stephanie Ann Ohaver (David) of Cole City, Tina Marie Henry of Pearl, Robert Garwood (Mary Ann) of Mississippi, Billy McCrary of Louisville, David Dwayne Buell (Shelly) of Indianapolis, Roger Earl Buell (Darla), Richard Dale Elliott (Debbie) and Charles Robert Best of Greensburg; and his grandchildren, Sandy Callahan of Greensburg, Jesse Marie Buell of Indianapolis and Nora Jean Cromer (Ronald) of Bull Head. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and lots of nieces and nephews.
