Bissell of North Webster, Indiana, born in Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbur E. Mitchener and Shirley M. Mitchener (Hurlock); her husband Ernest Ross "Pete" Bissell; and her foster parents, John Stone and Ruth Stone.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tonya Bowser (Mark Philabaum) of Syracuse and Jaime Ervin of North Webster; her grandchildren, Dylan Bowser, Ryea Fuller, Bodhi Bowser, Madilynn McDonald, Emily McDonald, Jonathan McDonald, Aowyn Fuller, Diem Fuller and Rylan Bowser; and her brothers, Gene Mitchener of Marion and Dale Mitchener (Debbie) of Heeney, CO..
