He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alfred and Gladys Powers (Scott); his son Timothy Vanover; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his close friend Kim Vanover of North Webster; his daughter Angie Vanover (Brisin Kratzchmar) of Warsaw; his stepson Anthony Vanover of Grundy, VA; and his grandson Karl Kratzchmar.
