He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert M. Adams and Viola E. Adams (Miksel); and his siblings, Robert Ray Adams and Mary Jane Lewis. He is survived by : his sons, Jacob Adams of North Webster and James Adams of Columbia City; and his granddaughter Ava Adams.
