With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty Sloan (Oakland City, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Eads and Oleva Eads (McGillem); her brother Larry Russell Eads; and her grandsons, Joshua Hembree and Nichols Doan.
She is survived by: her children, Anita (Bill Galbraith), Rodney (Debbie Doan), Roger and Angela Sloan (Wethington); her siblings, David Eads and Rosemary "Herbie" Burch; her grandchildren, Kelsie Galbraith and Maranda Sloan; her great grandchildren, Amelia Galbraith, Madilynn Galbraith, Fallynn Anderson, Bria Doan, Keva Maddison, Annabell Spencer and Jaxx Spencer; and her great great grandchild Lila Doan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the actives department at Good Samaritan Nursing Home.
