It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Julie Gowen (Oakland City, Indiana), who passed away at the age of 21, on July 12, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Julie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Julie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond, Anabelle Gowen, Clifford and Mildred Cassiday. She is survived by: her parents, Bill Gowen and Pamela Gowen; and her brother Mateus Gowen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel (226 E Washington St, Oakland City, IN 47660). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at the New Liberty Cemetery.
