She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Bernard and Pearl Hasler (Campbell); her sister Barbara Nichols; and her sibling's children, Kevin and Tina.
She is survived by: her sister Janie Shaffer of Virginia; and her sibling's children, Jackie, Jerry, Becky, Deborah, Chon, Angie, Kendall, Kent, Keith, Howard and Mitch.
