We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2019, at the age of 87, Joseph Ralph Purlee (Orleans, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Purlee and Ruth Purlee (Sears); his spouse Orpha L. Jewell; and his siblings, Franklin Purlee and Vera Purlee.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley J. Purlee (Lee) of Mitchell, Kimberly L. McFarland (Roy) of Orleans and Kelly L. Cassidy (Joe) of Bedford; and his grandchildren, John Purlee, Brittany Purlee (Jamie Pitts), Andy McFarland, Katie McFarland and Bowen Cassidy.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request memorial contributions be made to the Central Church of Christ or Honor Flight of Southern Indiana.
