He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Ross (Lillian), June Ross and Edward Lewis (Joan); and his cousins, Charles Ross and Rodney Ross.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Lewis of South Bend and Diana Lewis (Ross) of Osceola; and his siblings, Joseph Lewis (Meghan) of Mishawaka, April Lewis of Mishawaka and Angela Maguire (David) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
