We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2019, at the age of 98, Eudeen Phend (Osceola, Indiana), born in Kaukauna, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvine Wellington and Leora Wellington (Schallock); her husband LaMar Phend; and her son Patric E. Phend. She is survived by: her children, Senietta "Sunny" E. Porter, Melodie "Cookie" E. Holowko and Eric L. Phend (Bonnie).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of the Donor's choice in "Dee's" name.
