Jean Forte Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2019, at the age of 91, Jean Forte (Osceola, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Waligorski and Lottie Waligorski; her husband Joseph F. Forte; her granddaughter Tiffany Forte; and her sisters, Tracy Cummings and Adeline Warniers.
She is survived by: her son Joe M. Forte (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Erica Forte and Brent Forte (Leigha Forte); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Allie and Kaley Forte. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
