He is survived by: his son Michael Lee Foulks (Cami); his grandchildren, Kayla Ehler, Austin Foulks and William Foulks of Phoenix, Arizona; his sister-in-law Patricia Foulks; and his sibling's children, Rachel Foulks and Ronald Foulks Jr. (Audrey). He is also survived by 4 great-nephews and a great-niece.
