She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce George and Treva Nichols (Wade). She is survived by: her husband Ed Velleman of Middlebury, IN; her daughters, Hope Dhaeze (Ron) of Mishawaka, IN and Dawn Velleman of Mishawka, IN; her grandsons, Cody Dhaeze of South Bend, IN and Kyle Dhaeze of South Bend, IN; and her great grandchild Brayden Dhaeze of South Bend, IN. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins and many friends.
