She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McLaughlin and Zelpha McLaughlin (Stephens); her husband Adam Ruckriegle; her great grandchild Reese Eckerle; and her sisters, Dorothy Hardin and Joyce Stilwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Johnson (Robert) of Greenwood, IN and Janel (Dave); her grandchildren, Jordan Johnson (Kelly), Lauren Hinkle (Andy), Kristen Eckerle (Robert) and Ashley Teaford (Nick); her great grandchildren, Reed, Jakob, Kyle Johnson, Baker Hinkle and Kay Teaford; and her siblings, Marie Gilliland (Daniel) of Evansville, IN, Ruth Ann Nelson of Otwell, IN and Jim McLaughlin (Shirley) of Otwell, IN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becher & Kluesner Funeral Home - North (3221 N Newton St, Jasper, IN 47546). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at the Otwell Cemetery (10397 E Jefferson St, Otwell, IN 47564).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to a favorite charity.
