He is survived by: his wife Barbara Starrett (Dean); his son Jerome Starrett (Roxanne); his sisters, Evelyn Whittaker and Charlene Gamble; his brothers-in-law, Walter Dean, Herbert Dean (Bonnie), Lawrence Napier (Marcy) and David Napier (Mary); his daughter-in-law Linda Starrett; his grandchildren, Josh Starrett (Leah), Jessica Timberlake (Ross), Kawliga Starrett and Clayton Starrett (Ashley); and his stepgrandsons, Eric Balentine and Cody Balentine. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
