He is survived by: his children, Karla Backus of Madison and Kevin Stephens of Paoli; his siblings, Patricia Stephens of Jeffersonville and James Stephens of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Laken White of Spencer, Kaitlin Newforth of Spencer, Keegan Stephens of Palmyra, Kyann Stephens of Paoli, Kenleigh Edge of Madison and Heidi Hickman of Madison; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Harleigh, Rhett White, Luke, Levi Newforth, Noelle and Drayden Grissom.
