She is survived by: her husband Ron; her daughters, Shelly Pemberton Bedford (Tom) and Temple Grandstaff Paoli of Indiana; her brothers, Larry Phillips Paoli (Diane), Rodney Joe Phillips Paoli (Debbie) of Indiana, Kevin Phillips West (Lisa) of Indiana, Kippy Phillips Paoli (Geri) of Indiana and Ollie Phillips Paoli (Mary Lou) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Heather Smith (Jarret), Stephanie Carmichael (Jeremy), Zachary Pemberton and Camden Grandstaff; and her great grandchildren, AJ, Zoey, Haily, Ruby and Camille. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
