He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Rutherford and Maxine Maris Rutherford; his brother Max Rutherford; and his granddaughter Liza Pielemeier. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Clements; his children, Kevin Roy (Yvonne), Vickie (Dean) and Kelli Dixon Paoli (Mike); his grandchildren, Lacey Jones, Emilie Silfies, Ethan Pielemeier, Devin Rutherford, Zachary Dixon, Lakyn Wade, Noah Dixon and Brayden Rutherford; and his great grandchild Donald R. Rutherford.
