She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Cottengain of Mitchell and Tammie Cottengain of Paragon; her grandchildren, Jessica Miller, Miranda Tillette, Dustin Grant and Dylan Cottengain; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Hole, Garrett Miller, Lily Evans and Myra Tillette; her brothers, Danny Moffatt of Orleans and Johnny Bill Moffatt of French Lick; her son David Allen Cottengain; and her brother David Moffatt.
