He is survived by: his wife Teresa Clements of Paoli; his children, Nicholas Wininger of Paoli, James Clements of Paoli and Charity Wininger of Paoli; his sister Lea Ann Clements-Gowins of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Isabella, Aiden, Bryson and Cashton.
