We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 88, Laura Payton of Paoli, Indiana, born in French Lick, Indiana passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Edna; her husband Melvin "Bud" Payton; her brothers, Howard, Stanley and Leroy Hudson; her brother-in-law Chuck Edwards; her sister Joyce Husdon; and her sons, Jerry Payton and Billy Payton.
She is survived by: her children, Melva Grimes (Roy) of Paoli and Jim Payton (Linda) of Marengo; her sisters, Brenda Edwards and Judy Underhill; and her daughter-in-law Janice Payton. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 17 Great Grandchildren Several Great-Great Grandchildren.
