It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Rutherford of Paoli, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur J. Hackney and Elizabeth F. Hackney; and her sister-in-law Ann Hackney. She is survived by: her husband Terry Rutherford; and her sons, Kevin Wayne (Bessie) and Travis "Dirck" (Lynn).

Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, guests are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Syria Christian Church.
