He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Rutherford and Maxine Maris Rutherford; and his son-in-law Dr. Bill McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kibler; his daughters, Leigh and Lindsay McDonald Hardinsburg of Indiana; and his great grandchild Max Ray Rutherford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
