She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schultz and Ada Schultz (Lambdin); her husband Charles Russell Spear; and her siblings, June Elliott, Dorothy Hornback and Lee Stultz.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Lynn Keehn (Gary) of Paoli and Larry Dale Spear (Pam) of Nashville, TN; her granddaughters, Jessica Strauss (Jason) of Paoli, Allison Zink (Eric) of Salem, Brittany Sevenich (Alex) of Nashville, TN, Kristen Kinnis (Micheal) of Nashville, TN and Rachel Hughes (Kameron) of Nashville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Krayton Strauss, Charlie Zink, Reagan Kinnis and Ainsley Hughes. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Due to the Corona virus pandemic, attendance will be limited to 25 guests at a time. Guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (6 ft).
