She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Lewis and Martha Arnette (Morrison); and her brother William Lewis. She is survived by: her son Russell L. S. Lewis (Whitney Henderson) of Marengo, Indiana; her siblings, Larry Lewis Sr. of Paoli, Indiana and Tammy Lewis of Irvington, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Viktoria Lewis and Sebastian Henderson.
