He is survived by: his son Jacob Radcliffe of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Marilyn Pendleton of Louisville, KY, Roslyn Alvey of Paoli, Beverly Webb of Louisville, KY, Kay Elmore of Louisville, KY, Terri Hayenga of Oklahoma City, OK., Randy Radcliffe of Lawrenceburg, KY, Rodney Radcliffe of Louisville, KY and Richard Elmore of Louisville, KY; and his stepchildren, Paulette Puryear, William Canidae and Steven Barns.
